Is the Sino deal for parts & labour ? it also says freight costs ?? how do you know they are all going to Sino ? how do know any are going to Sino ? if they are we should see a change in substantial holder notice from Sino within 3 days then we will know - and even if they are we dont know the total cost/share contra arrangement ? this could just be a deposit or part payment - either-way its more dilution less dividends to the L/termers - why not just run 1 day of 400 trucks containing $210k of copper each sell it to the chinese smelters and pay cash for the electrical work ???
