Ok.

I was told WU will not list on the ASX because of the cost of keeping a listing in Canada and the ASX. And it is believed that WU is listing in the USA after the BLR transaction is completed. So to have 3 exchange listings makes no sense. Plus since all the WU assets are in the USA, it makes zero commercial or financial sense to be listed on the ASX. Ultimately I would expect WU to end up with only 1 exchange listing, the Nasdaq.
