1. On 11 May 2015 the Company announced that it had completed an oversubscribed placement via the offer of 26,038,040 new Shares at $0.10 per Shares to raise up to $2,603,804 (Placement).
2. Purpose of the Placement
The purpose of the Placement is to raise funds to advance the execution of Newzulu’s business plan through its Editorial, Platform, Live and Prime offerings worldwide; in support of the global launch of Newzulu Live; and to expand the Company’s operations across the United States of America (USA), capitalising on recent key partnerships.
