    Why not do the issue at 15 cents? That's what we had to pay. (i.e. 1,333,333 shares @ 15 cents = $200,000 rather than 2,222,222 @ 9 cents) The lucky allottee's stake is worth another $22,000 today. Who is the allottee?
    Is anyone in the company trying to look after shareholders?
