Rolling it doesn't need ASIC. All I am saying is that the bod may have or likely to have viewed the transactions and relativity to pricing movement as good governance. Given the conjecture that a reasonable person could make, it seems prudent to come out and let the world know that that have put into practice their governance policy and given all clear. This was not and is not a small transaction. If another Sh sold down the bod would announce the reason for drop and confirm all ok with business.
