Do you know if the 43million special crossing management share sales at 7.5c would have been included in the VWAP calculation for the exercise price calculation of the new options. If so could a case be made that the VWAP was invalid or unethical because it manipulated the exercise price in the recipients favour (being that they were crossed below the ruling market price)?
