I don't know what it means to the market - but for me it's a reminder of the flood of incentives given to executives of ASX companies.
I thought we employed self starters in these top ASX positions (check their PDs) but apparently we still need to dangle carrots in front of them paid for by shareholders.
That's my rant about executive incentives for tonight......
