There are others here who understand options far better than I but my understanding is this (fortunate) person is converting 10,000,000 options into fully paid shares.

It appears they paid $0.002 for the options for a total expenditure of $20,000.00 some time ago. With the closing price on Friday of $0.016 cents, they are "in the money" by $140,000.

ie: Friday's closing price $0.016
Less cost of option $0.002

Profit per each $0.014 x 10,000,000 = $140,000

I am not sure if there was an exercise price that needed to be reached before they could be converted but there usually is with options. The options can be converted to ordinary shares once they reach this price, otherwise the options can be traded as options in their own right.
