Can I counsel those who see the options being exercised as an affront to the forward movement of the share price? No one is more in tune with the share price than yours truly.
I am pretty confident that this relates to matters which are part and parcel of getting this company off the ground some time ago. So be it. Opportunity exists to buy inexpensively. Trust me that is happening before your very eyes. Insto's are starting to circle!!!
Now, as to this issue with the cap raising. Not sure how to put this. How about - stay calm. The MD has around 35m shares; the Chairman around 25m. Do you think they are out to destroy value. Just stay calm!!! This will all be good for everyone. Note, there has been absolutely nothing to vote on yet, so you (the detractors) are simply jumping at shadows quite unnecessarily.
Chill pills, and let's see what unfolds.
