That was my thoughts also. Is there anyway to find out how staff remuneration packages are negotiated or is that confidential?

Anyway, it doesn't matter to me greatly because at the end of the day I don't see it as a reflection of future performance or share price expectations.

Good luck to the staff that are contributing to BLT's progress and I hope that sooner than later they'll be able to convert those options for a very handsome profit.
