Yes that was my inital thorts aswell.. however they are also risking losing further by holding. Just like us. Obviously they have decided theres no money in uranium and want out. I think they will wait to see market reaction on japans nuke restarts then assess from there. At least what we do know is theres 29mill waiting to get dumped and a further 15 next year. They should dump slowly to not effect the price obviously
