    Seems to me the share price is tightly controlled by Pattos and Pershing clients - my broker trading data for the past month suggests this

    Also seems to me the buy and sell depth is deliberately presented in a way so that short term traders are put off from entering, with volume kept low

    As others here have suggested - if news gets released and looks favourable, the share price will do all the talking
