Muss24, you are right. The new investors are not named in the 3B. They sometimes do if it is underwritten but I guess this is not case here. I can only assume it is Neville nobody since if it was anyone remotely significant they would have shouted it from the roof tops. Remember how RTR sky rocketed on the news Tinkler was signed up as advisor. Yeah, I know, that might not even be a good thing.

Does anyone know if the company is obliged to reveal this if they got a call from an existing shareholder?
