Oh and another point the employees bought the shares at option price they were not given (as part of their employee contract).
They could have redeemed the value but chose to convert instead - does that indicate anything?
Probably not a lot given the option price average about $1.90. Then again if they are short of cash and didn't like SGH prospects they could have cashed in.
