It could be the chart statistics are being played with to maximise accumulation. Unless you follow a company closely you don't get much insight as to what professionals do. They mark prices up and down depending on whether they are accumulating or distributing. The price movements the stock screeners and charting programs use don't give the punter the insight if they are utilising closing prices or trying to double guess the hidden bid and ask spreads or those that are being fed into the system.
Yesterday, I noticed the price rose at the last minute to .026 cents on low volume if you checked the course of sales. Sure enough the surge this morning occurred and if the trading had finished earlier in the day we would have had great volume on rising price. This afternoon we get a minor dump and those sitting in greater numbers in the queue picked up the bargains. Those on both sides of the trades may have accumulated more than they or agents sold.
I look at this differently and like to buy value and don't get caught in the trading noise. I bought again today knowing the asset this company holds, and am confident in the results they hope to achieve in this drilling program and the price will be many multiples higher very soon.
