I dont know what type of dip sh*t would sell a 1,362 shares for $633.33 and then another 1,000 shares for $465 but if it is a retail investor who is paying say $17.99 a trade it has just cost them around 4% of the money they got just to sell there shares.
Assuming nobody could be that stupid, you have to assume it is someone trying to manipulate the price.
Or it really is some dip sh*t kid trying to get money for schoolies week.
