Just to clarify, it doesn't appear the MD has converted options
He has been issued out of the money options as part of his remuneration package
I believe he also has a swag of 10.5c options
Still pleased with that, as most directors would aim for something under cash backing
When the results are out, this will be the easiest way for him to show support and increase his holding
