    Sumitomo is still fighting for ownership of AVQs assets in SI through the courts. First ranking security interest over all of AVQ's assets in Australia and Hong Kong will be handed over for a $15m convertible note. Nickle price crashes through $4/lb. T-40 days to launch and counting.
