oh, fair call actually, it is a spit in the face of long term holders at much higher prices, but at the same time, this is a unique chance to offer options (naturally) below current SP, to employees that may be on pretty base salaries and get them a lot more excited about working in the company.
directors, well, that's entirely different IMO. I should read the announcement and check the numbers again, how much goes to who.
issuing more later at lower prices, I dont' think they would ever issue them under current SP. (maybe they would, I just haven't heard of that before)
