Basically, correct me if I'm wrong but they've removed/ bought back 25m of the total issued securities at present. This could be a sign that they've raised their capital and are removing excess from the market to ensure positive growth in future. Shouldn't affect current shareholders imo, would need another person to confirm otherwise I'll take this as a positive sign!
