$40m fully diluted MC looks rather expensive now.
2015 revenues $1.6m...Negative cash flow $477Ks ( Though 60% & 50% improvement respectively from 2014)
But...Very useful app for patients & health care providers.
# One of the few apps that are generating sales already.
# Only 25% of pharmacies subscribed.
# GPs will inevitably get on board.
# Hospitals...Another large source to tap.
# O/Ss expansion???
# Patient database will become quite valuable to pharmacies/GPs/Hospitals....Immensely valuable, almost indispensable.....The missing link between patients, GPs ,Hospitals & pharmacies.
I am a medico & really not aware of such a link.....We often struggle to find out what medications some patients take when they present to ED......Does consume valuable time in frustrating detective work.
Not a cheap outfit at $40m MC , but have seen more expensive ones with much less substance/merits.
