    morning mak --------- the chart (one fits all) very clearly states that the mania phase comes AFTER institutions are in place -----

    well, we haven't got institutions yet ----------- so - it has to be earlier in the cycle - I would say between or just before the stealth to awareness phase -

    because in the awareness phase - the institutions are in.

    That's my reading of the chart anyway
