Just hope We dont get caught up in another agreement where shares are exercised at 20-25% below the actual share price and then hammers the Share price down.
That Platinumroad and Menzies causes Me concern.
Certainly a great way for ECT to remain cashed up. But horrendously diluting to the share price and therefore share holders.
Hopefully there is a DIRECT line of Credit without the USE of Platinum Road, Menzies or some other Shelf company to take profits/rebates from ECTs profit line.

Heres hoping for a honest, transparent Funding facility.
If not I'll be ringing and asking for a better facility and standing up at the next AGM and asking questions.
