3.3 million options were issued as part fees to the listing broker (Taylor Collison).
TC exercised 700K past few weeks and is now down to about 1.9m left.

Those remaining options expires in Jan 2017 - so TC has up to a year to exercise & sell the shares. BPF will collect 20c for each option exercised.
TC has been selling the new shares without crunching the share price.
1.9m shares remaining to sell anytime over the next 12 months.
