@4Seasons, totally agree on all points. When I first started looking at Mesoblast about a month ago, the first thing I noticed was Appendix 3B. It tweaked my interest but unfortunately there was not much detail. I read it a few times and then understood that it was NOT a capital raise and better yet, it was for acquiring a 3rd party patent tech. So there we have it, news a month later. BAM!
There are a lot of people on yahoo boards of other Regen Med companies (Athersys, Vericel, Pluristem) trashing MSC (Mesenchymal Stem Cells) that Mesoblast uses as outdated, blah, blah.
I just chuckle at their comments. So many "investors" want to play doctor these days.
