I am more than happy to provide funds / CR / whatever you want to call it to a great team which will effectively and professionally apply thing money to achieving a potentially great results and return.

I prefer this option as it is much better than paying funds to the Government which simply "waste it" ... as quoted by "Goanna" so many years ago (some things never change).

An as far as dilution is concerned, yes, the LOM only holders get diluted (sort off ... if you ignore the relevant fact that funds are introduced to compensate for the dilution) ... but the LOMOB holders don't get diluted, their holding get strengthened.
