Yes that is the big question how sophisticated is the sophisticated investor and why isn't the market jumping all over this. Well I think despite share placement things are to the point where a lot of people simply wouldn't believe a thing that comes out of this group.
1. Cancelled dividend
2. Loan repayment and royalties from Timis non existent.
3. KPR gone
4. IGS about to go can't afford the listing fees to stay on the ASX no sign of agreement with Wintergardens after over 12 months
5. Marampa not worth producing from at current prices?
6. European Lithium could not get an IPO off the ground in what is supposed to be the hottest market in the world.
7. Sophisticated Investor was supposed to be some company noone can find any reference to anywhere?
8. Ivory Coast Gold deposits sold for about a months cash burn
9. Wee Macgregor in a joint venture that has not been heard of since.

For you guys that got in around 2c good luck to you but I will never put another cent of my money into these guys I work too hard for it. I will continue to warn others to look more closely as well as in my opinion I doubt there is a long term future for anyone here
