Either way, as expected their cash balance is running out, if they are spending as they projected last quarter they only have around $2M left for the Q1 and if they are spending more on exploring SJ than projected, touch and go if they have enough cash for end of Q1 as they indicated, might be end of January and CR is required (hence the shares payment for consultation?????????)
