I will argue with you on this one "So not a good sign IMO." Initial IPO was for 2c, so 20% gain on your initial investment is pretty good (and 20% seems to be the lowest the seller is willing to sell). Selling post 12mnths gives you the investment discount. The initial IPO included a number of "unrelated" parties as can be seen in the prospectus and respective announcement. Also note that a) the volume has been much higher than usual, with buyers sweeping up the shares at the 2.4c mark, and b) much less than the 39M shares have been sold.
It will be interesting to see how long the SP stays at this level though - I wouldn't expect us to be back above 3c until the whole 39M has churned at least once. However, I don't see it falling further, I just wish I wasn't blind to the shares coming out of escrow.
