My ponderings

1) I agree that the placement has been known for a while and that most investors would have known about it from last Friday on...so IMO that is not relevant and there will be no adverse reactions to the shared price today (Wednesday)
2) if I was one of the group that got allocated the shares...and say I got a million shares...I would already own a heap a heads anyway. ..so I would have sold a million of my current heads today knowing that they would be replaced into my portfolio tomorrow...IMO I don't believe there will be a flood of shares into the market . ..and..
3) I think that the company did great by Ann the 3b tonight rather than tomorrow. At least now the Ann will only be visible for now but the icon will be removed an hour before the market opens...
