Had to read it three times. Assumed the free meant free options...but alas...no. FREE SHARES?..wtf?

Is it possible they have reached the % allowed for placements without shareholder approval?
So now have to resort to issuing free shares with a placement.
ML needs to start spruiking on late night infomercials....the only avenue he hasn't tried.
