IMO I kind of think they have the big (raising) sorted based on the web of company / affiliations as previously identified. They know the end game and as the cards fall onto the table we will see the bigger picture as well.

Much has already been said about the business connections and it is my belief that KKL is the vehicle to bring great wealth to the directors of the unlisted entities in the partner companies that provide the Isisy solutions.

This raising is just to tie them over whilst all the paperwork is sorted and ASX compliance. I hope to see the deal proposal and the fine detail soon.
