What ceiling fan said is unlicensed advice. Anyone who listens to that kind of stuff is likely going to have a very unhappy portfolio, very quickly.

I personally think someone just wanted to flip their shares and make a profit. 150k is a good chunk and it was probably someone just moving on after making a profit. There is more left in MLS imo.

That does not mean that he/she was not already sitting on good gains and decided to sell. The holder probably converted immediately but the process took a few days so they sold when they had the opportunity.

Nothing to worry about i think, someone made money, good for them, that is why we are here
