Some people like to sell before the news if their profit is good as you never know with drilling results. Might have been hoping for another spike to 1.7c or so, but by the time the conversion happened was still happy to take strong profit at 1.4c and wanted to enter into something else that hadn't run yet. Could be lots of reasons. Got to be confident with your research and position. If we all worried about what every seller may know, then I don't think the odds of doing well in this game are very strong!
