Or 0.8%. 0.8% is 0.8% regardless how big the industry gets. If anything, the bigger it gets, the more significant the need for reliable supply chains such as synthetic product. Natural graphite may prove too inconsistent for such large scale demand.
Like I said though, by 2025 I guarantee technology will advance to the point where if graphite is still required, the synthetic variants will be far better in quality, cost and consistency than anything we'll dig out of the ground ever again.
