    yep this issue is for the listing of options (not exercise)
    If Mac bank paid $52M for half of Merennie then I say they'll pay 250M for CTP.
    My guess is the revised offer value CTP at 1/4 of $1B given the work ahead - hence 56cents or thereabouts.
