You really are very naive with regard to the mindset of people who run companies at this end of the market
Do you think they would set a price which they believed would be the price of the stock when it comes time to exercise the options?
No mate..they set low ball prices for themselves so that the options are deep in the money when it comes time to exercise them
Don't ever assume their interests are aligned with yours
