@stotes and anyone attending the AGM,
If you plan to attend the AGM, can I trouble you to to ask a few questions? There has been quite a few changes in the shareholdings in AR2016 compared to AR2015. Quite a few names have dropped off and a few notable increases have come onto the register, namely two Chinese names
(1) Where are Eytan Levy's and Ronen Schechter's shares held in AR2016? In AR2015, they held 6.98m and 6.4m shares respectively direct in their names. I suspect their holdings have gone into nominees. Which one? If it's not too sensitive to ask.
(2) Richard Irving's shares are held in Pond Venture. They have increased their holdings from 21.6m shares (AR2015) to 28.9m (AR2016). But who is behind Plan Ventures?
(3) Do they have a guide as to how much options to issue? 10% of post money capitalisation?
