Please before you vote against anything ask the management what is the best for the company and what do they think, because in the last 12 months, the management have done a great great job, we can not complain. If now we use our opinion to vote what we think is good for us, it is like we as share holders lift the hand break up to drive a car, whatever we think is good for us may not be good for the company. It's a shame that a lot of us could not attend the meeting , but if you can please think before vote.
