strechercase, thank you for comforting me, but i am currently invested heavily in this company.
All i would like to know is what gives these two directors the confidence in the company, since the disappointing HY result, low revenue as well as very low EBITDA margin, and adding to the mix the company Debt, plus anticipated lower earnings from the OTC devision in this current half, to end the FY.
you see, when the CEO walks away, after all these acquisitions and the management inability to fulfil/ deliver on the promise of numbers and EBITDA margins, one would like to know in little more details
what is the future holding for us investors, what steps does management is taking to amend the financial situation, maybe the silence around the issue makes investors extra worried and disillusioned, and therefore they are voting with the SALE button, this is not the first time management failed to explain, there is a lack of communication, transparency and i would add maturity or responsibility towards the people/investors who are trying to be part of this wonderful concept of amalgamating and creating a leading firm in the QUANTITY SURVEYING field, another company on the ASX greencross GXL did it with veterinary clinics , and grew nicely, so maybe the vision or the story is what made me invest in the first place, but i failed to recognise the quality of management, and for that i can only blame myself, and hopefully learn and in the future delete my romancing with the story. and wait for substantial proof. or invest less.
