Yes you would if you were forced to. The cap raise was announced 1st of August last year when the share price was around 30 cents.

But the share price has fallen by more than 50% since then. RM could not have foreseen the fall in the sp and he knew the vote was coming up.

Timing was impeccable. Only those with rose colored glasses cannot see the obvious link of him taking out $257,000 from AVQ knowing he would be forced to put back $200,000 at 28 cents.
