so if I have understood that announcement correctly, a creditor owed at least $45,000 from Classic took 3M shares (@ $0.015) as payment ... and unless they cashed out right away, today that is only worth $30K
maybe they understand Whirlpool's "soon" better than I do, but the "now" just lost them $15,000.
