They won’t do a consolidation as management won’t want to waste 100k on it.
Reading between the lines and talking with management their view seems to be to flog individual products vs the company being acquired, so there’s no need to clean up the SP/registry if the products are going to go vs the company.
Again..... big if as management haven’t been able to close deals.
