Sumitomo look dead in the water, and movement in speculation has been upward.

Frustrating for some investors (Most) but patience is quite the key. With all the stress of these processes, $1 would be quite nice, I'll go .40c on a decision (IMO) on the basis of current shares and options. Not to offend, but speculation tells us this is getting close, but not soon! From that point, I would agree with @Deet
