Hiya Deet,
Thankyou very much, that is what I've also read from court of appeal and there were findings from that which there were no official announcement from AVQ that these finding were resolved. Hence, sadly here we are. The only landowners that signed with AVQ for the Kolosori tenement is Kolosori Holding Limited (which I've mention previously to you) as joint venture with Axiom KB.
