However, where are the 151m more shares being released early in November?! I think you are mistaken. Those 151m shares are all held by the three initial post-RTO directors (including 126m being held by Justin Miller and David Cannington) and are going to still be in escrow until 2 March 18. Furthermore, given all 151m shares are held by current directors, they are very unlikely to be sold and, in any event, we will be advised within a few days of any selling with change of directors interest notices.
