I think this is the last document to formalise what has been intended to happen on this day for a long time, ie the release of 62,437,499 shares out of escrow. For that reason (ie it was known/notified ages ago) it isn't market sensitive. I suppose it will affect the market cap by $20M or so (upwards) unless of course there is a corresponding drop in price to balance the dilution. The price appears relatively unaffected as at 2pm.

Hey mate, there's no dilution or change in market cap. They've been quoted as fully paid ordinary shares since IPO but were restricted...ie. non-tradeable...until now. Cheers.
