You're doing what's called a *** argument, saying that a CR is not the same as options by qualifying it based on prices. The concept of options is pretty simple, new shares are issued, dilution occurs and money is raised. The cyclical arguments are tiring so I'm not going to continue. Hopefully the management at punt road pull their heads in the SP rises and this stinking dog of a stock gives holders a Merry Christmas, good luck all.
