On 26 May 2017, RWL Water LLC (RWL) signed a Stock Purchase Agreement with the owners of 30% of the shares in Unitek, S.A. (Argentina Minority Owners), which is the Argentinian subsidiary that is 70% owned by the RWL group of companies (Argentina Transaction). The consideration for the purchase of the Argentina Minority Owners’ shares in Unitek, S.A. by RWL includes the issue of 6,245,264 Ordinary Shares in Fluence.
These shares do not appear to be escrowed.
