I am guessing here. The 6.245m shares probably belongs to the local Argentinian partner/distributor much like the SOEs in China. If he sells now, it's awfully shortsighted because he could get to switch rides from a local market in Argentina to getting exposure to the whole world and all that exposure that comes from China.

But we never know. In my career, I have seen managers sell their IPO shares to buy their boats and BMWs all because they have never seen so much money before in their life, only to see the Company become a behemoth later.
